The Challenge: Years of Florida Algae on a Busy Commercial Property

A commercial property manager in Polk County reached out after their large vinyl privacy fencing had accumulated years of green and black algae streaking — the kind of buildup that happens fast in Central Florida's heat and humidity. Multiple fence sections were affected, including a perimeter privacy fence and decorative split-rail fencing along the road frontage. Paver surfaces around the property were also in need of a deep clean.

Our Approach

We used a low-pressure soft wash process on the vinyl fencing to safely lift algae and mold at the root without cracking or warping the panels. For the paver surfaces, we applied a targeted concrete and paver cleaning solution followed by a controlled pressure rinse to pull up embedded grime from the joints and surface texture.
