About This Project

This Winter Haven project was one of our largest residential concrete jobs to date — covering 4,000 square feet of concrete across a driveway and outdoor fireplace area. In addition to the concrete, the scope included cleaning a storage shed and restoring a weathered wood deck that extended over a pond. The wood deck had grayed and accumulated algae over time and needed careful soft washing to be brought back to life.

Our Process

The concrete surfaces received full pre-treatment with a sodium hypochlorite and surfactant blend, followed by our commercial BE Pressure Supply surface cleaner for uniform, streak-free results. The outdoor fireplace area received specialized attention for soot and embedded grime. The storage shed was washed with appropriate pressure and solution. The wood deck was carefully soft washed to restore its color without causing wood fiber damage from high pressure.
