About This Project

This comprehensive Winter Haven project covered four distinct surface types — driveway, screened lanai and patio, pool deck, and fence. Each surface required a different approach, and the homeowner wanted all of it restored in a single professional visit. Years of algae, mold, mildew, and environmental buildup had taken a toll on each area.

Our Process

The driveway received our full sodium hypochlorite pre-treatment with surfactant, dwell time, and a thorough run with our BE Pressure Supply commercial surface cleaner, maintaining concrete integrity throughout. The screened lanai, patio, and pool deck were carefully soft washed using biodegradable solutions to safely eliminate algae and mildew without damaging the delicate surfaces. The fence received soft wash pre-treatment to address green algae and weather staining, followed by a gentle rinse. A post-treatment sodium hypochlorite application was applied to all surfaces to inhibit future mold and algae regrowth.
